We left early Saturday morning to make a very special delivery to Washington D.C. - little Minnie the Calico, our little bottle baby, was ready to go to her new forever home. We woke up this morning to the most beautiful snowfall I've ever seen. I've been aching for a good snowfall since we moved and the universe granted me with one just 6 days into the new year. I was up until 5:30 working in the shop this morning, it was lightly snowing last night, and I checked the weather app on my phone before bed to see if we were going to get snow and it wasn't projecting it, so it was an excellent surprise! Hi! Long time no post, but it's December and I have a ton of blog posts in queue so maybe we can reignite this fire! We made a quick detour to Cloudland Canyon on the way back to Florida from Nashville, it's in Rising Fawn Georgia, just south of Chattanooga. We've been once before, and honestly, the first time we went, it was hard. It's over 600 stairs each way, and 1000 feet drop in elevation. I struggled that last time we went, I was in terrible shape and needed to stop A LOT!
